The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with (Chapra) Town P.S. Case No.376 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B), 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is being submitted by the petitioner that earlier he got married with the informant and they applied for registration of marriage before the Registrar (Marriage), Chapra, Saran but due to pressure by the parents of the informant, she has filed frivolous case. The signature of the informant in the FIR and in the affidavit is same and similar.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4811 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with (Chapra) Town P.S. Case No.376 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
