JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 6.12.2017, seeks bail in Bathnaha PS Case No. 365 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 414 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the FIR it is mentioned that two of the co-accused stated that the stolen motorcycle was sold to some persons including this petitioner also, moreover the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 6.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gulten Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha PS Case No. 365 of 2017. - (Arun Kumar, J) Snkumar/- U T
