2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his home and when he reached near HP Gas Godown, the petitioner and co-accused Sahil Ansari encircled the informant and asked for his money and mobile to which he refused. The petitioner assaulted the informant with fighter in between eye and nose with intention to kill due to which the informant sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that the informant have compromised the case with the petitioner and another accused person.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
