2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2105 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 323, 141, 406, 420, 467, 468 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners bear no criminal antecedent and they are simply purchasers of the land in question and bonafidely entered into land purchase transaction with one Anurag Kumar, who happens to be a distant relative of the complainant. In fact, the petitioners may be deemed to be victims if the allegations levelled by the complainant are to be believed. It is further

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Complaint Case No. 2105 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
