Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, the petitioner was neither director of the aforesaid company nor he issued either bonds or cheques, in question. Moreover, co-accused, Sudhir Kumar, having similar type of allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 601 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
