2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 417, 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case in brief is that petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of marriage. When she became pregnant, petitioner aborted her child. The victim in her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. supported the prosecution case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that when the family of the

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submits that the statement of victim recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. support the prosecution case.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of accusation against this petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
