In view of the reasons stated in paragraph no. 5 of the modification petition, time to surrender and furnishing bail bonds granted to the petitioner in terms of order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6322 of 2025 is extended by another three weeks from today. However, the petitioner would be depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- in the account of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna bearing Account No. 1413010060836, IFSC Code: PUNB141320, Punjab National Bank, Bar Council Branch, Patna.
