=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21.07.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Katihar in Cr. Appeal No. 21 of 2015.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any irregularity in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

The petitioner shall deposit the fine as directed by the Court below, failing which alternative sentence shall prevail. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
