====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for regular bail arises out of Govindganj Malahi P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019, disclosing commission of an offence punishable under Sections 304B/120-B of the Indian Penal Code. This is the third attempt by the petitioner for his release on bail. It is evident from the report which has been received from the trial court that all the witnesses have been examined at the trial arising out of the said case and arguments on behalf of both the parties have also concluded on 04.11.2022. The case is fixed for judgment on 17.11.2022.
