The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case no. 599/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police informer disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on 04.06.2015 and he is said to have confessed his guilt but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Looted money is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of Ramesh Kumar. The petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused Ranjay Singh and Vikash Kumar Singh have already been enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43573 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case no. 599/2015.
