JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1).i) For Direction/Order to the State respondent No. 1 concerned to designate by notification published in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12731 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/3 Official Gazette, one or more Civil Court as Special Courts in compliance of Section 20(A)(B) Specific Relief (Amendment Act-2018) within the local courts of the area to exercise jurisdiction and power under Specific Reliefs Act-1963 as well as specially the person like petitioner may not suffer by such fraudulent deal of in the land related matter of registration of Total Rs. 21,06,000/-(Twenty one lacs and six thousand with cost of harassment.

ii) For grant of specific reliefs in favour of petitioner with the help of State respondents against the private respondents for violation of contract after part performance in the matter.

iii) For issuance of notice to the private respondents for their appearance so that contract on document/ written may be make absolute and the part performance may be finalise with proposed registry of land in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12731 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 3/3 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, as mentioned in paragraph no. 1(ii) & (iii), reproduced hereinabove in the preceding paragraphs. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
