2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 447.900 liters of illicit Nepali country-made liquor has been recovered from a Magic van.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and have got no concern with the seized liquor.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that both

6. Considering the fact that petitioners have got criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
