Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,511,427,414,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, Section 3/4 of Public Property Act, Section 15(2), 15(4) Petroleum Minerals Pipeline Act and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

According to FIR, allegation is of commission of theft of crude oil from the supply pipe. However, the petitioner has been implicated in the case only on the basis of mobile location of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17735 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (M) Police Station Case No.225 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
