The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the Bathan of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on
