Petitioner is in custody in connection with Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that total 38 liters of country made wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 7.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
