The matter has been taken up through virtual Court proceeding.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) and (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2017. She is accused in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. Case No. 650 of 2017 corresponding to RC No. 12(S) of 2018 giving rise to Special Case No. 07 of 2020.

It appears that in the matter of SRIJAN Scheme several

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10295 of 2021(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 FIRs were lodged and the petitioner has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60402 of 2019 (Annexure-3) in R.C. No. 13A of 2017 by a reasoned order. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, there is no need for further detention of the petitioner as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. Case No. 650 of 2017 corresponding to RC No. 12(S) of 2018 giving rise to Special Case No.

07 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
