2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, Dhora Yadav and Bhim Yadav have killed the deceased along with the petitioner and others. The specific allegation is against Dhora Yadav and Bhim Yadav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022.
