The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 354of the Indian Penal Code and under section 10 of POCSO Act. The petitioner is alleged to have eve teased the daughter of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

It is submitted that the petitioner was brutally assaulted and handed over to the police and he is in jail since 29.07.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Katihar in Korha P.S. Case No. 131/ 2015 G.R. No. 2065/2015.
