2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376D, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation against this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named co-accused persons and 2-3 unknown persons of commission of gang rape upon the victim (informant).

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and herself identified this petitioner and two other co-accused persons. From the F.S.L. report, blood mixed semen was detected on Piajama and Kurti of the victim.

5. Considering the heinous nature of offence and

However, since petitioner is in custody since16.08.2023, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial without unnecessary delay.
