The petitioners are languishing in jail since 26.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, it is a case of grabbing of money of the informant by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners have been made accused due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that petitioners are ready to deposit an
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42944 of 2015 (3) dt.23-11-2015 amount of Rs.1,75,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case and on doing so, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No.133 of 2015.
