Because of the fact that no cognizance of any offence
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.762 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 has been taken by the jurisdictional Magistrate, in Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No.32 of 2016, it is submitted that the petitioner will make appropriate application, in the Court of the jurisdictional Magistrate, seeking further effective investigation by the police and, hence, the writ petition, made under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned. This application, accordingly, stands disposed of as withdrawn.
