JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 09.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5595 of 2017 with observation to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year. Submission is that, trial is still continuing and only three witnesses have been examined and one year has already passed and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Rajo Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with S.Tr. No. 54 of 2017 arising out of Ariari P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 with condition that one of the bailor must be his close family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18834 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 member. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
