Five 9 mm live cartridges and three misfired 9 mm cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery of cartridges without any fire-arm is meaningless. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking into note of the aforesaid fact as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015.
