Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of firearm injury at the stomach of the informant is against co-accused Raj Kiran. There is general and omnibus allegation against other named persons including the petitioner to have committed house trespass with intent to commit dacoity and for that reason, the aforesaid act was committed. Submission is that there is counter case also. Both sides are agnates. There is dispute for property.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19237 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No.117 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
