Petitioner is said to have given one blow of butt of katta causing injury on the forehead of the informant. The said injury was found simple in nature.

Moreover, police submitted charge sheet for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323,504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

So far as offence under the Arms Act is concerned, according to the prosecution case itself, alleged recovery was made by a private person.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Ramgarh P.S. Case no. 76/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
