Patna High Court CWJC No.1689 of 2017(3) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 submits that since petitioner from 2017, till date, was before this Court, as such, the appeal to be filed before the learned District Judge shall be barred by limitation. The Court without expressing any opinion on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, leaves it to the discretion of the learned District Judge to decide the issue of limitation if any considering the fact that the petitioner has remained before this Court for nearly six years.
