JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of demolition of a wall and so far as allegation against the petitioner is concerned; it is alleged that he caught hold the injured at the time of alleged occurrence and it was co-accused, Md. Chand who opened fire on the injured. Moreover, it is informed that some co-accused including Md. Chand have already been granted bail by learned court below itself.

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
