JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 31.10.2017, seeks bail in Bounsi PS Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner fraudulently obtained appointment on the post of Branch Postman. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that already the petitioner has been removed from service, he was also cheated by issuing forged certificate, he is in custody since 31.10.2017 and charge has been framed against the petitioner. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bijay Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III Banka in connection with Bounsi PS Case No. 79 of 2017. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
