JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 10.10.2017, seeks bail in Dehri (Indrapuri) PS Case No. 590 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that informant's minor daughter was enticed away by Bablu Kumar, his sister and brother-in-law, on getting this information when the informant went to the house of accused persons then the petitioner abused him. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner regarding enticing away minor daughter of the informant rather only allegation of abusing the informant when he went there to enquire about his daughter. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bhagwan Yadav @ Bhagwan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dejhri (Indrapuri) PS Case No. 590 of 2017.
