2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 and 03 vide order dated 25.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2026.

3. The allegation against the accused persons is that the victim Anjali Kumari has been kidnapped by them.

4. During investigation, it has come that Anjali Kumari, who is a major, had eloped with one Ravi Shankar Kumar, friend of the opposite party and considering the same, the Court below has granted bail to the opposite party who is the friend of Ravi Shankar Kumar.

5. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48133 of 2026(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

6. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.

7. However, since it has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim girl is still missing, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to trace out the victim girl and produce her in the Court below and get her statement recorded.

8. The aforesaid must be done within a period of six weeks from today failing which the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani will appear virtually in this Court to assist this Court.

9. List this case after six weeks along with the records of Cr. Misc. No. 47888 of 2026 under the heading "For Orders". (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
