The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Two country made pistols without live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2015 and he has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S.
