JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sessions Trial No. 210 of 2011, arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation of kidnapping of kidnapping of daughter of the informant Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and later on final form was submitted and during trial summons were issued and no material has come against them.
