The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has figured in the case on mere suspicion along with Jakir Hussain and Aslam Hussain. The petitioner happens to be the friend of Jakir Hussain. Jakir Hussain had love affairs with the victim. It has come that from the mobile of the petitioner, the victim had a talk ten days before the occurrence. Save and except the confession, the police did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
