Informant has herself admitted in her further statement recorded at para 5 of the case diary that this petitioner returned to his home in the evening of the same day on which day the husband of the informant left his home in the company of the petitioner and other accused and furthermore, this petitioner disclosed that he returned from Chapra railway station after got boarded the victim on train. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Panapur P.S. Case no. 77/2014.
