For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rana Pratap Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Anil Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32608 of 2017.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant bail application has been renewed on the ground that earlier some facts have not been brought to the notice of the Court.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the fact that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and there is no occasion for this Court to reconsider his prayer for bail afresh, as such I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10480 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 However, since the petitioner is in custody since long, learned concerned court below is directed to see that the case is committed to the court of sessions and after commitment the trial be concluded as early as possible.
