The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.256 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/469/471 / 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were refused prayer for anticipatory bail by this Court vide order at Annexure-1. Prayer for review is on the ground that the petitioner is neither beneficiary of the transaction nor is there any tangible material to show that the petitioner was involved; rather brother of the petitioner was beneficiary.

Considering the fact that earlier order was passed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6439 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 the basis of material on the record, hence, there is no need to review the earlier order. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. The petitioner shall surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
