The petitioner seeks bail in Belchi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the sister of the informant within three years of the marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case being the husband of the deceased. It has been further submitted that information regarding death of the victim was given to the family members and the family members participated in the funeral rites. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2017.

No.16438 of 2018(3) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Barh, Patna in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017.
