In view of Annexure A appended with the counter affidavit which is an order passed by the Director-in-Chief (Administration), Health Service, Bihar, Patna, after approval of the Principal Secretary, Department of Health allowing the petitioner's posting at Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital, Muzaffarpur, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that this writ application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of as

However, the period during which the petitioner was not allowed to join on any place should be regularized by the competent authority in accordance with law.
