JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.3.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6121 of 2017 on merit with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months and petitioner was also given liberty to renew prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date not a single witness has been examined in this case though charge has been framed and petitioner is in custody for about two years.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation and also earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5983 of 2018 (5) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on day-to-day basis so that the trial may be concluded as soon as possible.
