The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from possession of the petitioner live cartridges, one mobile and a motorcycle were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.07.2015. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
