Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant was married with Raj Kishore Paswan. It is alleged that the accused persons were demanding colour T.V. On 14.09.2011 informant got an information that his daughter was burnt to death. It is submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and the deceased caught accidental fire. Marriage was solemnized many years before the date of occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44065 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2011.
