Patna High Court CWJC No.10002 of 2016 dt.21-10-2016 2/2 writ petition had questioned what action the Government is taking upon a report submitted to it by the CBI in relation to irregular appointment of two teachers made in 1980's, report whereof was submitted by CBI in the year 2004. State and the interveners state that actions have been taken by the State upon recommendations of the CBI, which are now subject matter of large number of individual writ petitions.
Be that as it may, as the State has taken action, this writ petition has outlived its purpose. It is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn.
