The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of two victim girls, i.e., daughter and niece of the informant by the petitioner along with other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both the victim girls have been recovered and their statements have been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. From perusal of para nos. 57 and 58 of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59807 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 diary, it appears from the statement of both the victim girls that the petitioner has not committed any offence against them only both the victim girls had stayed in the house of the petitioner and went away from there along with other accused persons on their own sweet will. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49185 of 2021. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State on the basis of the case diary has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
