JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being rice miller did not supply 850.26 quintal of CMR amounting to Rs. 18, 41,289.00. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that even if, the aforesaid accusation assumed to be true, then also, it is only violation of breach of agreement and moreover, for realization of the amount, in question, the certificate case has already been instituted.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
