2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the informant and it also appears from the records indicating the stage of the case that the case has reached its final stage and learned counsel for the informant rather categorically submits that the case has been posted for judgment after the arguments having been concluded. There is no question of considering the bail application of the petitioner at this stage.
