Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of Chandrama Singh, Sudarshan Singh is alleged to have assaulted the informant with khanti on his head.

It is submitted that Durgesh Singh and Banarsi Singh got injuries caused by hard and blunt substance but the injuries are simple in nature as would appear from annexure-3 series. The occurrence took place due to bona fide land dispute. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44061 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 411 of 2015.
