This is a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 181 of 2010 S.T. No. 693/484 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Fast Track I, Samastipur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that other than suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. It appears from the case diary that the petitioner, and the deceased who was a transgender were in fact living as husband and wife in a rented house of the informant. They had quarreled with each other thereafter, body of deceased was found in their house. The informant found the door locked from outside. The police came and broke the lock and recovered the dead body of the victim from the house. The death is homicidal in nature.
