JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned Additional Advocate General. The grievance of the petitioner for non-payment of arrears of salary is the subject matter of this writ application. Patna High Court CWJC No.4447 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/3 that vide letter no. 654 dated 21.4.2017, the respondents have passed the order for payment to all the concerned teachers on 26.04.2017 and all the teachers have already been ordered for payment.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur, in the event, the petitioner finds error in calculation and certain dues have not been cleared by the respondents.
In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur within a period of one month from today raising such grievance, the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur shall look into such grievance objectively and pass speaking and reasoned order within a further period of three months from the date of receipt/production of representation along with a copy of this order.
It is needless to state here that if the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur admits further dues payable to the petitioner, he will ensure payment of the same within the aforesaid period.
