No. 42661 of 2015, father's name of petitioner was wrongly typed as Kukhram Ram in place of Late Sukhram Ram @ Late Sukhraj Ram and due to the aforesaid mistake, in order dated 17.09.2015, the father's name of petitioner has been typed as Kukhram Ram in place of Late Sukhram Ram @ Late Sukhraj Ram. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name of petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 42661 of 2015. Accordingly, in order dated 17.09.2015, father's name of petitioner be read as Late Sukhram Ram @ Late Sukhraj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42661 of 2015 (3) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Ram in place of Kukhram Ram.

Accordingly, the order dated 17.09.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
