Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2016. Only allegation against the petitioner is to have inflicted knife blow to the informant. However, there is no allegation of commission of any injury to the deceased.
Earlier prayer for bail was refused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46409 of 2016, vide Annexure-1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no prosecution witness has been examined up- till-now.

No.10670 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 610 of 2016 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar Police Station Case No. 57 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
